Full Name:Cut-Circle Notes:Cut-Circle is a place much like Xavier's School for gifted minds. There, it takes mutant of any power and teaches them in an invironment best best suited for them. It also put each student is a group suited for their mutantions and attitude. 
Full Name:Institute of the Study of Mutants Notes:The ISM is where most of the mutants come from. It takes in mutants it believes are worth studying and places them is groups according to how strong they are. It also studies in cloning and the infamous X gene. 
Full Name:Lockwood City Notes:Lockwood City is one of the biggest cities in the world. (It is not real in real life.) It is located on the border between Canada and the USA. Such, the city bonds the two countries together. 
Full Name:Mutant Tracker Notes:A mutant tracker is machinery that tracks unregistered X genes in creatures for a 1000 mile radius. In order for a mutant not to be pick up on the radar they would have to wear a registration tag. The Mutant Track '06 was manufactored by the ISM.
